-- Kym Whitley, a very popular actor and comedian was last seen in "College Road Tour" with Lawrence Martin and "Black Dynamite". Her web site is www.kymwhitley.net.

- Calvin Brown is best known as the producer of Disney's "The Proud Family".

-- Brad Brewer, creator of the Brewery Troupe, a puppet company featuring the renown "Crowtations" is one of the "Smithsonian's History Explores" programs.

-- Brittanny Williams is a second generation graduated with honors of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University.

-- Brandon Richardson-Pike graduates from Calvin Coolidge Senior High School and is attending college.

-- Kim and Anjum Sandhu are the proud parents of Yasmeen, their daughter and Samih, their son. Recently, the family visited Disneyland. They also visited the Space Shuttle when it came to town. Mom Kim is an Aeronautical Engineer at NASA. In addition, five year-old Yasmeen had her first dance recital and play...."A Mid Summer's Night Dream".

-- Kelly Ennix, daughter of Frank and Connie Ennix has completed her medical training and is a physician with the Navy in Florida. 

-- Wayne Brewer has assembled a portrait of "Four Generations of Brewer Men" to commemorate the men on his side of the family including his father, him and his sons.

-- Nancy Gathings Bunch has retired as Dean of the State University at New York's Empire State, Metropolitan Center. 

-- Bianca Ennix graduated from George Washington Law School. She is in practice with Frank Ennix, her uncle in Oakland, California. Although the California Bar Exam is one of the most difficult in the country, Bianca passed it on the first time. Go Bianca!! She is now in practice with her uncle Frank Ennix in Oakland, California.

-- Brittany Ennix became the second generation of Ennixes to graduate from Fisk University.

-- The Ennixes welcomed little Frank Cairo Ennix to the family. He was born November 17, 2008 and weighed 11 lbs. 7 oz.

-- Clarence Crawford, son of Thomas "Snooks" Nivens has relocated from Schenectady, New York back to Monroe, North Carolina and loves it.

-- Beatryce Nivens has a web site...www.blackcareerzone.com. To date, more than 200,000 people have visited it. 

 

Sadness:

We mourn the lost Thelma Murphy of Pageland, South Carolina. She will be solely missed.
