Isaiah
Brewer was one of the strongest
backbones of the Brewer family. After
his father passed away, he stepped
right in to help his mother raise the
younger children. He was instrumental
in the Wesley Chapel Church's building
in 1908. Inspired by Emiline, his
mother who asked him to donate some of
the Brewer land for the church, Isaiah
provided lumber and helped the other
men in the church's building. Wesley
Chapel was built at Hornsboro Road,
Route 1. The church is named for John
Wesley, the founder of the Methodist
Church.
Isaiah
was married Lizzie Robinson Brewer. He
was the father of nine children and a
beloved Brewer family member.
