--Brittany Nivens, daughter of Ethel Buskey is a 2009 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is an International Studies major and will be traveling to Korea in November to teach English. Congrats Brittany!!

-- Kaysonia Whitley passed away in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the wife of cousin William Whitley; she was the mother of Kyle, Kym and Scott Whitley.

-- Rosemarie Brewer Little's funeral was recently held in Queens, NY. The services were packed with people, showing their love and respect for our dear cousin. The Brewers from near and as far as our beloved Pageland attended. It was comforting to know that Rose was so active in the community and well-loved.

-- Paul G. Brewer III is currently a dual master's degree graduate student at Boston College. He is studying Pastoral Ministry and Social Work.

--  Nick Brewer is the main guitar player for the hard rock group The Memorials. He was recently a featured musician in Paul Reed Smith guitars, an industry highly recognized achievement. -- Wayne Brewer has assembled a portrait of "Four Generations of Brewer Men" to commemorate the men on his side of the family including his father, him and his sons.

-- Nancy Gathings Bunch has retired as Dean of the State University at New York's Empire State, Metropolitan Center. 

-- Bianca Ennix graduated from George Washington Law School. She is in practice with Frank Ennix, her uncle in Oakland, California. Although the California Bar Exam is one of the most difficult in the country, Bianca passed it on the first time. Go Bianca!! She is now in practice with her uncle Frank Ennix in Oakland, California.

-- Brittany Ennix became the second generation of Ennixes to graduate from Fisk University.
